Your order will be discreetly shipped and insured via FedEx within 2-3 business days of finalized payment. A signature on delivery is required for your protection. If any shipping delays occur, we immediately contact clients with updates and tracking information.
For in-stock listings, your product typically ships within 1-2 business days after cleared payment. For pre-order items, estimated delivery dates are shown. Reach out if you need rush processing or have special shipping requirements.
In many cases yes, we can hold purchases for storage and delayed delivery per your request. Some conditions may apply around order expiration, updated market pricing, etc. Just ask!
If you have separate orders we can consolidate them and have everything shipped simultaneously for a possible discount. Just reference the other order numbers when you contact us.
